SHIPPING POLICY
We use USPS Priority Mail as our shipping service. Depending on your location in the U.S., your mount will arrive between 1 – 3 business days.
International orders will arrive between 5 – 10 business days.
We guarantee to ship the equipment within 24 hours of your purchase provided that your financial information has cleared successfully. Please contact us by phone or email should you have any questions.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is in tandem with our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy. You can consider these one of the same.
If you are not satisfied with our products you have the unconditional right to claim and receive a refund within 30 days after the purchase date. No refund is available after 30 days. Each client has the right for one money back only. No repeated money backs are available.
No money back for offer sales, and other purchases on rebate. Special offers, which include more than one item and which are available for sale on particular occasions, are fully refunded, i.e. every item included is a subject to cancellation. Partial refunds for special offers are not issued.
